Elizabeth Little's Wedding
We went to our friend's wedding reception in the Joseph Smith Memorial building. We parked under the Conference Center and walked all the way across temple square to get there. Once we got there, Jordan says: "We've been walking all day to get here!"
I think having the kids next to this window is terrifying.

Classic Fun Center
To celebrate Jordan's potty training completion, we went to Classic Fun Center. Kids had a blast!
Jordan's first day of preschool

Ice Cream Juice
Lizzy: I know how to make ice cream juice. First you make ice cream, then you wait and wait and wait
Asian Buffet
We tried out a new restaurant, the "Asian Buffet" and loved it! They have every kind of Chinese food I could think of, (the Americanized kind, not the real stuff I saw while in China…) And it is buffet style! So Morgan gets to eat a couple kinds of sushi, I get to eat Cream Cheese Crab Wontons, snow shrimp, fish, and the kids get orange chicken and ice cream. We took Julie with us on Tuesday.
As a little bit of background to our dinner conversation, Jordan is potty training. I'm so proud of him because he was successful with #1 after a day, but then #2 took quite a bit of time. I made him an "ice cream chart" to encourage him. He had to check off 5 times going #2 in order to earn ice cream. This has been very exciting as he checks off one at time. Lizzy has been "encouraging" him, too.
Lizzy: Jordan, don't you need to go potty? I think you need to go poop, Jordan. Mommy!! Jordan is going potty! (Is he going poo?) Um, let me see. No, just pee pee. I'm so proud of Jordan!
Anyways, Lizzy has been telling EVERYONE about Jordan's ice cream chart. Julie, Grandma on the phone, her teachers at church, the kids at play group, the moms at playgroup, and random kids at the park. It is always on both of their minds.
While we were eating our dinner at Asian Buffet with Julie, Lizzy brings up the subject.
Lizzy: I hope Jordan eats a lot of food so he can go poop. Julie, did you know that poop is food?
Luckily we were the only ones in this particular area. We got a kick out it. haha!
So yesterday Jordan ran out the bathroom just glowing with happiness and pride! "I WENT POOP, MOMMY!!" He finally got to check off the last of this ice cream chart. So today we are headed out to get ice cream and check out Classic Family Fun Center, which I understand has bounce houses and other fun things for kids. Looking forward to it. I took an energy drink this afternoon so I could endure it… =)

Enos
Morgan: (Paraphrased) This is Enos. He prayed all day to Heavenly Father. All through breakfast, lunch and dinner. All day long! That's a long prayer. Then Jesus told him, "I'm happy with you, Enos, and I will bless you."
Jordan: He told him 2 more things. Go home and go to bed.

We were all taking a Sunday afternoon "break" on our bed. Jordan climbed into bed and I climbed in after him. The moment I got comfortable with my arms around Jordan, he says, "Mom, can you get me some water?" Morgan says, "Jordan, I have water." Jordan replies, "Then give me some!"
