Today while Jordan and I were waiting outside for the bus to arrive we started talking about the numbers on our house. The numbers marking our address are centered right above the garage door. Jordan identified all the numbers, but not in order. So I asked, "So what does it say?" I was hoping that he would read the numbers from the beginning. Instead he read, "Car coming out. Right now."
He still thinks numbers spell words like letters do. I guess that's an easy mistake to mix up letters and numbers.

Me: Two.
(pause to think)
Lizzy: Well, how about three?
(pause to think)
Me: No, two is good for me. Lizzy and Jordan.

CTR Ring
Me: Lizzy did you get a ring at church?
Lizzy: Yes! I lost my ring and a boy gave it to me! (She lost her little CTR ring maybe two years ago.) I don't know his name, but he gave it to me!
Me: A boy gave you a ring? Did he give a ring to anybody else? Or only you?
Lizzy: Only me. He picked it up and said, "Is this yours?" and I said, "YES!"
In conclusion, if any of you lost a CTR ring and attend church at the same place as Lizzy, we have your ring. Lizzy is taking care of it.
Part of my letter to Emily:
We've been playing games with my mom here. It's so fun. I forgot how much I like to play games! Do you remember when I was young I would always win? And then one time I didn't win, and I cried! I remember thinking that I should not cry because I've got to lose sometime, and it is good for other people to win. Yet I couldn't hold back the tears. The emotion was too strong and overcame my logic trying to keep it back. Anyways, when we were playing dominos, Lizzy was playing with us, too. We were helping her with every piece to put down. At the the end, I won. We sat there for a little bit and then Morgan said, "Lizzy is just like you, Eva." And I looked over and Lizzy started BAWLING! I asked her why she was crying, and she said it was because she wanted to win. Exactly like me as a kid. (And it was especially funny because she didn't even understand the game, we were helping her play every piece. )

Hook
We have been watching Hook lately. Today Lizzy was talking about happy thoughts. I told her that she is my happy thought. She got all giddy from that. Then she told me that her happy thought was dancing. Hehe.
I asked Jordan who his best friend was, and he said Lizzy. It was cute :-) Jordan just loves Lizzy.
