I made hummus! One of the main ingredients in hummus is Tahini (in the jar), which I'd never heard of before. I actually went looking for it in the spices section. But it is not a spice, it is sesame seeds mashed up until it is like runny peanut butter. In fact I found it next to the peanut butter. It was very expensive. I really like pita bread - I like this hummus stuff 70% because of the pita bread and only 30% because of the hummus. =P
